Restaurant Bookings: The Severn Restaurant, with outstanding views over the course and the river is situated on the second floor of the Grandstand (with lift & stair access). A three course, choice menu meal costs £45 with a guaranteed table for the duration of the meeting. Advanced payment by credit card is required to secure your booking.

PASS System: We operate the PASS System for Owners’ tickets at the main entrance turnstiles. Upon production of your card, we provide 6 tickets per horse and 8 for a syndicate. Up to 10 additional tickets can be purchased at half price at the Owners and Trainers desk (cost at £9.50 on all days except Ladies Day, Saturday 3 June when the price is £15). Any specific name changes to your ticket allocation should be made on 01933 270 333 the day before racing, or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 01905 617563 by 10am on the race day. Your assistance is very much appreciated. If you are experiencing any problems with the PASS System, please call the Weatherbys Helpline.
Owners and Trainers Facilities: There is an Owners, Trainers & Annual Member’s bar overlooking the Parade Ring which includes screens for viewing the racing and a tote facility. A food voucher is offered to Owners and Trainers at the Turnstiles, and this is redeemable in the Owners & Trainers Bar or in the Croft Suite on the first floor of the Grandstand, or alternatively, it can be used on the day to discount the restaurant package to £45 with voucher. For health and safety reasons, we ask that you respect the rule that does not permit under 12’s in the Parade Ring. Please note that it is our policy not to allow dogs (with the exception of guide dogs) on the racecourse during racing.
Trophies/DVD’s: Winning connections will receive a memento and a complimentary bottle of champagne after the race as well as a DVD of the race. A photograph will be sent after the raceday.
Dress Code: Smart/casual.
Helicopter Landings: Please note that if you plan to arrive by helicopter, you need to advise the racecourse office on 01905 25364 by 5pm the day prior to racing.
Overnight Stabling: All overnight stable bookings should be made no later than noon on the day prior to racing. Bed and breakfast accommodation will be provided nearby off course. Completed booking forms should be e-mailed to email@example.com or faxed to 01905 617563. Accommodation is limited to two people per horse.
