Let’s celebrate National Apprentice Week 2025
As part of NAW, we would like to introduce to you all Lana Muller; who is our Apprentice Business Coordinator. Lana joined us in November 2024 and is already a strong team member.
Her love for horses and passion for racing; lead her to successfully gain the role. This interest gives her a great head start to the industry and she will only springboard forward, now learning how a racecourse is run and learning with Haddon Training as part of her apprenticeship about Business Administration.
Having hit the ground running, with taking lead on coordinating tickets and hospitality, non-racing events Lana is off to a great start with her career. Working at Worcester is very much a family environment and the whole team supports Lana in her development.
Through her own initiative, Lana has joined Careers in Racing Youth Collaboration Group, to build relationships and be a key personnel for the younger generation.

As our start of the season in just 12 weeks time, our gates will be back open and Lana will have her feet firmly under the table; welcoming all guests, owners and trainers through our gates.
